We distill our Vodka through our Copper Column Plates Still which refines it flavour & smoothness. Our vodka selection boasts the refined flavors of Cross Cut Vodka, the zesty and vibrant essence of Fingerlime Vodka, and the refreshing allure of Lemon Myrtle Vodka.

Gin is not Gin unless it is 50% or more Juniper Berries. We use local and imported botanicals such as corriander, cassia, liquorice, sweet orange and lemonon myrtle to create our unique signature gin.
